...The Best-Worst-Crazy-Muffin-Button-That's-What-She-Said Con)
Wow! Where do I start.......Let's start with
Day 1:Before making it to the convention, about half-way, we had a discussion about "Muffin Buttons" and how Chi-chi probably explained to Goku that babies (particularly, his son), come from them.

then asked if babies come from Muffin Buttons then where do muffins come from. We had no answers.
Got pulled over by the cops, first time for me (that's what she said? *facepalm* sorry, it's still in my system).
We made it to the convention at approximately 11 am, and I got my badge holder while everyone else got their badges (very disorganized reg/pre-reg system >.< ). Once that was done we decided to check our hotel to see if we could check-in early, we couldn't but thought that it was probably a good thing as it gave us an excuse to eat lunch XP
After we got settled (1 PM or so), we got changed for the day! We were dressed as:

-> Rapunzel

-> Mad Hatter

-> March Hare

-> White Queen
Wandered around a bit in costume. I attempted to get some things in the Dealers Room and Artist Alley, but wasn't very doable in my big dress

There ended up being no Alice in Wonderland Shoot other than the one

,

and I started (and at least not that day) T_T All the photoshoots were actually really confusing since nobody set up a time online DX
BUT! I did get a lot of complements on my costume

People said I pulled her off really well ^///^
A little conversation I had with someone:
Random Person: Hey! It's the White Witch!
Me: *shrug* Close enough ^_^
And (though I didn't get as many as Rapunzel) there was a little girl that walked by and shouted "It's the White Queen from Alice in Wonderland!" I waved to her and she waved back

SO CUTE!
Also, while waiting to cross the street, a passing Link's sword hilt got caught in my hair and pulled off my wig O_O It was weird.

After our mini-Disney shoot, we went to "Whose Line is it Anyway?" It was awesome! After that we all went to Subway to pick up dinner. I ended up getting distracted by anime that was being shown on TV (saw FLCL for the first time.....wth? ._. ). Collapsed on the bed shortly after.
Day 2:I found out that there was a Jareth cosplayer and a Sarah cosplayer right down the hall from us, and although I didn't get their picture at the time, I kept bumping into them (reassuring them that I wasn't a stalker >_< ):

Costumes for the day:

-> Zelda

-> Kratos

-> Martel

->Nice Holystone
Photoshoots for both "Baccano!" and "Legend of Zelda" ended up not happening, which kinda sucked for two of us >.< (though I did get a few pictures)
Another weird cross-walk situation happened this day as well. Gandalf was walking in front of me (same direction) and I was trying to get around him, every time I tried to pass him he would move in front of me. I had a sudden vision of "YOU! SHALL NOT! PAAAAASSS!" it made me smile

Well, at least I was able to help

and

with their photoshoot. Here are a couple of my faves:

After the Tales Photoshoot we pulled another go-to-subway-then-hotel-to-change-and-eat and on the way back to the convention we found a convience store, that we had missed completely before, and stocked up on a bunch of munchies.
From about 9-10:30

and I watched AMVs (or attempted to, they ended up getting delayed 30-40 min.). There was one AMV that was based off a really dark anime called "Rainbow," it had a scene in the beginning where a very small (young?) girl gets raped by one gang member, while her brother (or dad, can't remember) gets beat up by the other gang members. A few people apparantly thought that scene was hilarious......not cool. We waited there until there was a "lighter" one before leaving.
I went back to the hotel so I could finish sewing the snaps on my Gui costume and I got them sewed on (for the most part), just before I went to bed and again, passed out.
Day 3:Got up around 8:30 to find that everyone else hadn't gone to bed until 3

but we all rushed to get our free breakfast XD
Then packed/changed for the final day:

->Lolidragon

->Prince

->Paparrazi

->Gui
Because of the size of the walkways in our room (very small, I guess so then people don't double up?) we got out before we needed to check-out, but we were almost late for the 1/2 Prince photoshoot meet-up:

After that we rushed over to the dealers room to get last minute deals (mine was two Brian Froud artbooks for $20 each, normally $35-40+ each). Didn't get as many things as I usually get, but the few things I got I really love

The trip back was not as eventful as the way there (thankfully), but there was a lot more singing (perhaps because we were more awake?), mostly to Disney songs and oldies....FTW!
